No. An integrity check is a required step before a final account decision is made. Follow the client’s instructions and return to the game when it finishes.
Select Download Integrity, open the downloaded installer, and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure you download the client only from an official game link.
The installer will explain any requirements before it proceeds. Never enter your game password, authentication code, or payment details into a download prompt.
Check your browser’s download area and allow the official installer download. If it is still unavailable, contact game support with your account review reference.
